About us

Hi, we are Bear N Bee Farm. We are a mother-daughter and husband trio!

Our family run hobby farm became a reality when we moved to our property in November 2020. At first we didn’t anticipate opening an interactive farm in this capacity, however, the dream fulfilled itself through our belief of connectedness-to people, animals and the land.

Michelle (left) grew up on a farm in Saskatchewan as a child and is passionate about sharing the experience of animals and farm life with children, families, and people in the community.

Andrew (middle) is a skilled tradesman and avid fly- fisherman. He is the trusted builder and the one that turns creative ideas into reality. All the kids love him!

Jessica, BCYC(right) is passionate about bringing families together and creating opportunities for attachment, bonding, and healthy development.

In addition, our two children have been a huge inspiration for creating this environment and continue to be confident leaders and teachers on the farm!

Our animal family includes two ponies Millie and Maple, two mini donkeys June and Jenny, two Nigerian goats Cinnabon and Sage, four fainting (myotonic) goats Quin, Sol, Churro, and Oreo, four sheep Rosemary, Pippi, and their daughers Miracle and Trixie (born beginning of April 2021), two Lop-ear bunnies Meme and Nezzy, Rocky the Rooster and his hens which includes Tuque the polish-crested chicken!
