At the Farm
Host a birthday or gathering on the farm! You will be provided with a two-hour slot to connect and celebrate with friends and family.

The farm has two options for hosting your gathering.
Option 1: The Gathering room (preferable for when the weather is not ideal)
A large room at the front of our beautiful barn. The room has large double doors that open to the outdoors making the room very “open air”. The room contains an 8ft picnic table with wheelchair accessible end, highchair, tables for food, and a small play area. You will be permitted to put up decorations. There is access to electricity. There is also the option to have a BBQ outside to cook food.
Option 2: Outdoor gazebo picnic area
Located on the lower portion of the farm next to the enclosed animal pens and playground, the outdoor gazebo area consists of a metal top gazebo, highchair and two picnic tables. This area is most frequented during our community drop ins and programs. No access to electricity. There is also the option to have a BBQ outside to cook food and enclosed fire pit to keep warm or cook hotdogs/marshmallows! This location is preferred generally anytime the weather is not heavy rain or strong winds.
Price: $275 for two hours for up to 20 people (adults and children in total). If you wish to have more than 20 people, each additional person is $5 (babies not yet walking are free).
Deposit of half the cost is required to reserve a timeslot which is taken by E-transfer

Cancellation policy: We require 48hrs notice for full refund of the deposit as we can’t fill large timeslots in short notice. We are willing to reschedule to a different date as long as communication is made and your deposit will not expire.
We can host roughly 17-20 parked vehicles maximum.
All guests required to fill out consent and liability forms
Please bring your own food and desserts, and pack out what you pack in. You may bring a small gas BBQ or have food delivered to the farm.
First 30 minutes: Welcome friends and family and free play
Remaining time: Food/desserts & Facilitated animal visits. This will include hands-on opportunities such as petting, brushing, feeding and walking a donkey (if age appropriate).
You may do this in which ever order you see fit for your group!
We have plenty of places for folks to sit (picnic tabes, chairs, stumps)
Sorry, no animal rides.
Accessibility
The farm is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to all abilities. This includes accessible parking. Please be aware of uneven terrain.
Hand-washing stations and hand sanitizer on-site.
