Fireside Gathering

A private 2hr booking for your group to enjoy a campfire gathering on the farm under a sheltered gazebo. Seating, picnic tables, wood and roasting sticks available for use. Guided animal visits/ farm activities and use of the playground inlcuded.

$110 for up to 6 people (children under 2 are free).
$10 per additional person you would like to add
*The gazebo area can comfortably fit 6-8 people around the fire. If you wish to have a larger group, we will do our best to accomdate and provide additonal coverage if it’s raining.

To book, we require half payment in advance paid by E-transfer. If you wish to add on extra people after booking, you can do that at anytime and pay on the day of the booking.

Food and smores/marshmallows not included. We are “pack in pack out” and you must take all garbage with you

A host will be available during the first hour to provide animal visits which include hands-on opportunities such as petting, brushing, feeding. We can also provide hands on farm activities to suit interests such as feeding time and mucking. The 2nd hour is available for you to enjoy your campfire (no host during that time and no re-entry to pens). We also have a playground which you are welcome to use!

Cancellation policy: We require 48hrs notice for full refund of the payment as we can’t fill large timeslots in short notice. If we can find a replacement, we can provide a refund. We are willing to reschedule to a different date as long as communication is made and your deposit will not expire.

Accessibility

The farm is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to all abilities and this includes accessible parking. However, be aware of uneven terrain.
